The following forms are for State Financial Assistance (SFA) programs as appropriated by the Florida Legislature to local criminal justice agencies, institutions of higher education, and non-profits. 

NOTESFA forms are program specific and cannot be used for submission under another program.
 
General Appropriation Act (GAA) Projects

Drone Replacement Program (DRP)
The following forms apply to the DRP. Each of the forms MUST be signed by the Chief Official of the Recipient Agency (i.e. Sheriff, Chief of Police, etc.).
