TBRIC Privacy Policy

Respecting privacy rights is vitally important to effectively engaging in meaningful information sharing. It must be done in a manner that protects individuals’ civil rights, and civil liberties.

To safeguard constitutional rights and to ensure that the TBRIC addresses its ethical and legal obligations while engaged in the fusion process, the TBRIC abides by the FFC Privacy Policy as a node of the Florida Fusion Center (FFC).
