The Alcohol Testing Program will attempt to ensure that the records on this website are updated regularly. In the event that the record you are looking for has not been updated or is not available on the website, you may submit a public records request. Florida Department of Law Enforcement Priorities

FDLE’s duties, responsibilities and procedures are mandated through Chapter 943, FS, and Chapter 11, FAC.
