OCOEE, Fla.  – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Kenneth Leslie Dolgos, 47, of Ocoee, on 12 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The arrest is the result of FDLE’s statewide initiative to locate and arrest criminals targeting children and sharing files depicting the sexual abuse of children.

FDLE’s investigation began on April 30 when agents participating in an online operation located a device sharing files depicting the sexual abuse of children on a peer-to-peer platform. The investigation identified Dolgos as the individual sharing and uploading the files and his residence as the location where the IP address was being used.

On June 4, FDLE agents served a search warrant at Dolgos’ residence and seized multiple electronic devices. A preliminary forensic analysis located multiple digital files depicting the sexual abuse of children, some as young as 2 years old.

Dolgos was arrested without incident and transported to the Orange County Jail. Attorney General James Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution is prosecuting the case.

FDLE’s investigation remains active.
