23 Graduate from FDLE’s Advanced Leadership Program

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) Bureau of Professional Development today announces the graduation of 23 FDLE members from the FDLE Advanced Leadership Program, Class 9.
 
The training provided by the Advanced Leadership Program is designed to identify and develop current FDLE members from across the state who demonstrate the potential to hold leadership positions within the department. In this way, FDLE is preparing for the future and ensuring continuity and consistency in the leadership ranks.
 
Topics of the three-week training course included an overall introduction to leadership principles, emotional intelligence, presentation and communication skills, stress awareness and management, and trust-based leadership.
