Former foster parent arrested by FDLE charged with 18 additional counts of child pornography

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla – On March 7, FDLE agents of the Pensacola Region arrested Dieter Claus Bucher, 76, of 990 Lukes Way, Fort Walton Beach, for four counts of possession of child pornography.

On April 5, Bucher, former employee and foster parent for Children in Crisis, Inc., was charged with 18 additional counts of possessing child pornography.  Children in Crisis is a nonprofit organization, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida,  that provides homes for abused, neglected, and abandoned children in the community.  
 
Bucher was booked into the Okaloosa County Jail on March 7. The additional 18 charges are the result of continued forensic exams. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, First Judicial Circuit.
