FDLE arrests Lynn Haven woman for meth trafficking

 

PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Misti Nunery on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine.

Agents received a tip that a “Misti” was involved in drug activity in the area. They determined through the investigation that Nunery has a history of distributing narcotics in Bay County and set up a meeting with her. Agents confiscated the drugs in her possession and her profits from recent drug sales.

FDLE agents obtained a probable cause arrest affidavit for Nunery. However, the investigation into the distribution network continues.

Nunery was arrested in Lynn Haven and transported to the Bay County Jail without incident. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, 14thJudicial Circuit.
