FDLE arrests Bay County man for child pornography

PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement today arrested Jose M. Brown, 43, of 3702 E. 9th Street, Apt 202, in Panama City, Florida, for 10 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of promoting the sexual performance of a child.   
 
FDLE agents, along with the assistance of the Springfield Police Department, Bay County Sheriff's Office and Department of Homeland Security, served a search warrant on the residence of Jose Brown. The investigation determined that Brown had downloaded multiple child pornography images.
 
Brown was booked into the Bay County Jail. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 14th Judicial Circuit.
