FDLE arrests three in organized fraud ring, two still at large

ORLANDO, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Charles R. Griffis, 64, for organized planning of theft and traffic of stolen property and conspiracy to traffic in stolen property. Two additional suspects were arrested in connection with the investigation. James Marvin Bailey, 34, and Kara Marie Wolfe, 26, are charged with dealing or trafficking in stolen property and conspiracy to traffic in stolen property. Suspects Bonnie Ouellette, 44, and Kay Rhanae Baignosche, 32, remain at large on charges of dealing or trafficking in stolen property and conspiracy to traffic in stolen property
 
The investigation began in 2013 when Griffis began listing stolen property on his E-bay store “Husky’s Shop.” The items sold to unsuspecting customers included high end vacuum cleaners, health and beauty supplies and razor blade cartridges. Griffis knowingly purchased the stolen items from the other suspects who stole the merchandise from big box retailers.
 
FDLE agents arrested Griffis, Wolfe and Bailey today. Griffis and Wolfe were booked at Brevard County Jail. Baily is already in prison serving a sentence at Central Florida Reception Centerin Orlando on an unrelated incident Central Florida Reception Center.
