PALM BEACH, Fla. –Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and investigators with the Florida Department of Corrections are searching for two escaped inmates who recently escaped from Department of Corrections facilities in Palm Beach County.
Philip Peletz
Peletz, 54, an inmate at the Loxahatchee Road Prison walked away from a road prison work detail on Tuesday morning at Okeechobee Blvd. and E Street in West Palm Beach, Fla. Witnesses say they saw him get into an older model white pickup truck. Peletz, who is known to frequent inexpensive motels, was possibly seen in the area of US 1 and Hollywood Blvd, in Hollywood, Fla during the morning hours on August 5, 2015. He was serving a five-year prison sentence out of Palm Beach County for grand theft and petty theft at the time of his escape.
Antwane Anglin
Anglin, 27, walked away from a West Palm Beach Community Work Release Program early Thursday morning. He was last seen getting out of a silver or white vehicle and running southbound on Fairgrounds Lane, near the South Florida Fairgrounds. Anglin was serving time for several drug-related offenses out of Monroe County.
Anyone with information is urged to contact FDLE Miami, at (800) 226-3023, or your local law enforcement agency. Do not attempt to apprehend either suspect on your own.
