Lake Butler man arrested for possession and transmission of child pornography

 
LAKE BUTLER, Fla – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Jacksonville Regional Operations Center today arrested Jeffrey Stephen Elliott, 28, 235 SW 4th Avenue, Unit 5, Lake Butler, Fla. on three counts each of possession of child pornography and transmission of child pornography.
 
Agents executed a search warrant at Elliott’s residence today after receiving a tip that an electronic device was uploading child pornography to the internet from the home. 
 
Elliott was booked into the Union County Jail.  This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 8th Judicial Circuit.
