Vero Beach man arrested for possession of child pornography

VERO BEACH, Fla. - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Orlando Regional Operations Center Fort Pierce Field Office, with assistance from the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Homeland Security, arrested Benjamin Murray, 42, of Vero Beach, Fla. for 10 counts of possession of videos depicting the sexual exploitation of children and pornography with sexual performance of a child.

On October 15, agents served a search warrant at Murray’s residence, 4003 1st Street SW, Vero Beach, Fla., and located numerous digital videos of child pornography and photographs.

Murray was booked into the Indian River County Jail. The investigation will be prosecuted jointly by the Office of Statewide Prosecution and Office of the State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit.
