Sanford man arrested for possession of child pornography

Sanford, Fla. - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Orlando Regional Operations Center Cyber High Tech Crime Squad arrested Lyn Longsworth, 46, of Sanford, Fla., for 10 counts of possession of child pornography.   

 
Today, agents executed a search warrant at Longsworth’s residence, 2219 Sweet Holly Lane, Sanford, Fla., based upon investigative leads which indicated child pornography was being downloaded within the residence. During their search, agents discovered dozens of images and videos of child pornography.
 
Longsworth, a former member of the United States National Guard and a Full Sail University employee, was booked into the Seminole County Jail and is being held on no bond.  The State Attorney’s Office, 18th Judicial Circuit will prosecute the case.
