Tallahassee man arrested for solicitation of a child

TALLAHASSEE – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Tallahassee Cyber Crimes Unit arrested Scott Nathaniel Evans, 34, of Tallahassee, Fla., on one count of solicitation of a minor for sex acts.  
 
The investigation began in April as part of a multi-agency Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force operation conducted in Tallahassee. During the operation, Evans allegedly sent sexually explicit messages and nude photographs to an FDLE undercover agent posing as a 14 year old female.       

 
Evans was arrested without incident on Monday, May 13, 2013, at his home, 412 West Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Fla. He was booked into the Leon County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
