After an FDLE investigation Henos Joseph, 34, of Miami, was arrested.  Joseph, a paid petition circulator, is accused of petition fraud on the casino gaming initiative, “Limited Authorization of Casino Gaming.” 

Update – Georgia woman rearrested following FDLE investigation | 6/18/2024
Kayse Deann Layfield, 48, of Sparks, Georgia, was arrested and charged with making a false statement under oath in an official proceeding.  Layfield was first arrested in March after failing to report child abuse.
