FDLE Specialized High Liability Training
In response to nationwide events, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Sworn Training Unit (STU) has identified an increased need within the law enforcement community for advanced, specialized training, particularly in dynamic firearm handling and tactical response.
Over the past several years, FDLE’s Sworn Training Unit has earned statewide and national recognition for its Active Shooter and Counter Ambush training programs. These courses are delivered at no cost* to agencies and are designed to prepare officers for high-risk encounters and life-threatening scenarios.
The FDLE Sworn Training Unit is composed of highly skilled officers from across Florida, each bringing extensive field experience and a deep commitment to law enforcement training. Their mission is simple: to provide life-saving skills that increase an officer’s chances of survival during critical incidents.
