Eligible applicants are limited to: (1) entities who are located within a county identified Appendix A of the solicitation; (2) entities who are proposing activities that will occur in the targeted enforcement areas (TEAs) identified in the solicitation; or (3) a research partner proposing collection and analysis of data in identified areas.
Eligible applicants must use at least 30% of their funding to support gang task forces in regions experiencing a significant or increased presence of criminal or transnational organizations engaging in high levels of violent crime, firearm offenses, human trafficking, and drug trafficking.

Subawards will be approved for a 12 to 24 month project period beginning October 1, 2021. The final project period will be determined by the selection committee.
