Criminal Justice Grants

AmpliFund

Criminal Justice Grants (CJG) uses a grant management system for the purposes of grant and subgrant administration. In April of 2022, CJG transitioned from the SIMON grant management system to the AmpliFund grant management system. This allowed CJG to improve its grant management processes and procedures, as well as satisfy Federal budget category requirements.

The AmpliFund grant management system can be accessed through the AmpliFund login portal. Information regarding system navigation and processes can be found in the trainings provided below. Additional information can be found through the AmpliFund Help and Support Desk.

Training

Recipient Training:

On March 23, 2022 and March 24, 2022, AmpliFund, in partnership with CJG hosted two virtual training sessions prior to the AmpliFund grant management system go-live in April 2022. These sessions covered topics ranging from basic system navigation to entering expense items on an award. Applicant Training:

On June 15, 2022, AmpliFund, in partnership with CJG, hosted a virtual training session covering the following topics: accessing the applicant portal, reviewing solicitations, creating an application, completing applications forms, and submitting an application. Payment Request Training:
This step-by-step training demonstrates how to enter expenses and submit payment requests in AmpliFund.
