To validate an ORI and view the associated fees you must enter the complete ORI. Failure to do so will result in the message "ORI Not Found".
To check on a CWCS (Civil Workflow Control System) transaction and view the transaction's status you must enter the complete TCN (Transaction Control Number). Failure to do so will result in the message " Transaction Not Found"
Section 943.053(13), Florida Statutes, requires all vendors, entities, or agencies submitting fingerprints electronically for the purpose of conducting a required or permitted criminal history record check, to enter into an agreement with the FDLE. The User Agreement contains information regarding quality compliance standards, fee payment, applicant’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and auditing practices. The FBI's website has information on taking legible fingerprints which may be useful in training persons who will be rolling prints for submission on inked fingerprint cards or through livescan systems.
The national Compact Council provides instruction on verifying a person's identity which is critical when conducting a criminal history check.
To make changes to your contact information, please send your request in writing to ApplicantChecks@fdle.state.fl.us. Your request must include your Livescan device number, business name, and new contact information.
