Restoration of Civil Rights 

If you have been identified as a convicted felon, but have had your civil rights restored, you should contact the Office of Executive Clemency at the address and telephone number below to obtain proof of such restoration. Once you have obtained documents from the Clemency Office demonstrating that your rights have been restored, you must contact your local Supervisor of Elections.
