The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) announces the arrest of Anthony Altick, 36, for hanging antisemitic hate banners along the Daryl Carter Parkway Bridge in Orlando in violation of Florida law. Alachua County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest yesterday on an FDLE warrant.

Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) agents, with the assistance of the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), arrested Jason Brown, 48, Cape Canaveral, for hanging swastikas and other antisemitic banners along the Daryl Carter Parkway Bridge in Orlando.

Following an FDLE investigation, an Okeechobee County grand jury Tuesday indicted Mathew Scott Flores, 36, of Wauchula, on charges of first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm, robbery with a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

FDLE is composed of five areas: Executive Direction and Business Support, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science, Criminal Justice Information, Criminal Justice Professionalism and Florida Capitol Police. FDLE’s duties, responsibilities and procedures are mandated through Chapter 943, FS, and Chapter 11, FAC.
