A Law Enforcement Officers Killed or Assaulted (LEOKA) Report is created for each Homicide, Negligent Manslaughter, Rape, Fondling, Aggravated Assault, and Simple Assault when the victim is a sworn law enforcement officer. The agency that employs the officer makes the report regardless of where the assault or death occurred.
