The Business Support Program (BSP) provides the internal framework needed to support the FDLE’s business operations and administrative functions. These services assist FDLE's divisions by coordinating and providing the business activities necessary for the daily operations of the agency. BSP is comprised of six units.

Office of Financial Management
The Office of Financial Management is the steward of FDLE's financial information including payroll, accounts receivable and records and preparation of the statewide financial statements at the close of each fiscal year. Contact Information: (850) 410-7155 |

| Office of Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the recruitment and selection of qualified, diverse applicants and provides daily assistance regarding member benefits, employee relations, classification and pay, employment law compliance, regional support and performance management. Office of Planning and Budgeting
The Office of Planning and Budgeting is responsible for managing FDLE’s budget and grant funds awarded to FDLE’s divisions, as well as administering State Financial Assistance to local agencies related to data projects. Contact Information: (850) 410-8321 |
Research Planning and Policy Analysis
The Research Planning and Policy Analysis unit works in conjunction with Office of External Affairs to prepare the division's Legislative Budget each year and managing special projects and reports for the agency. Contact Information: (850) 410-7140 |
FDLE is composed of five areas: Executive Direction and Business Support, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science, Criminal Justice Information, Criminal Justice Professionalism and Florida Capitol Police.
