FDLE NEWS RELEASE - FDLE: Tallahassee Woman Arrested on Drug Trafficking Charges

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Quinteria Harris, 31, of Tallahassee, on one count each of trafficking alpha-Pyrrolidinoisohexanophenone (PIHP), conspiracy to traffic in PIHP, trafficking in methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, possession and sale of cathinones and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

 

FDLE’s investigation began in Oct. 2023 when agents identified a drug trafficking organization (DTO) selling large amounts of synthetic cathinones, cocaine and ecstasy in the Leon County area. The investigation revealed that Harris was a part of the DTO.

 

In Apr. 2024, FDLE agents conducted a search warrant of Harris’ residence and continued to investigate, awaiting results of the forensic analysis of the cellular devices seized during the search warrant. In Apr. 2026, FDLE obtained an arrest warrant for Harris.

 

On Apr. 28, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Harris on the FDLE warrant and transported her to the Leon County Jail.

 

Attorney General James Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution is prosecuting the case.

 

The investigation remains active.
