For Immediate Release
March 20, 2026
OCOEE, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Jhonatan Marcello Tulio, 32, on two counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of transmission of child sexual abuse material. This arrest is the result of FDLE’s statewide initiative to locate and arrest criminals targeting children and sharing files depicting child sexual abuse.
FDLE’s investigation began in November 2025, after agents received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an individual uploading and transmitting child sexual abuse material through multiple instant‑messaging applications. Further investigation identified Tulio as the user and owner of the accounts.
On March 12, FDLE Cybercrime Task Force agents and the FDLE Special Operations Team served a search warrant at Tulio’s residence in Ocoee and seized an electronic device.
Tulio was taken into custody and transported to the Orange County Jail and placed on an immigration hold pending removal proceedings.
The Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution is prosecuting the case.
The investigation remains active.
