For Immediate Release
January 27, 2025
SANFORD, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Jordan Kenneth Graham, 29, of Sanford, on 11 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is part of FDLE’s statewide initiative to identify and apprehend offenders who target children and share files depicting child sexual abuse.
FDLE’s investigation began in March 2025 after FDLE Cybercrime Task Force agents received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) that an individual uploaded over 30 digital files depicting the sexual abuse of children into a cloud storage account. Further investigation identified Graham as the account user and traced the activity to his residence in Sanford.
On Jan. 22, FDLE Cybercrime Task Force agents and the FDLE Special Operations Team served a search warrant at Graham’s residence and seized multiple electronic devices. Graham was arrested on site without incident and transported to the Seminole County Jail.
Attorney General James Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution is prosecuting the case.
The investigation remains active. Additional charges may be forthcoming pending further forensic analysis.
