FDLE Arrests Tavernier Man for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials

TAVERNIER, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Saylor DiMartino, 25, of Tavernier, on 12 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). DiMartino is a registered sexual offender. This arrest is the result of FDLE’s statewide initiative to locate and arrest criminals targeting children and sharing files depicting the sexual abuse of children.
The investigation began in Aug. 2023 when FDLE agents received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children (NCMEC) that a social networking user was downloading and sharing files of CSAM on Snapchat, Discord, and Kik. Investigators identified the user as DiMartino.
On Oct. 3, 2023, the FDLE Special Operations Team conducted a search warrant at DiMartino’s residence in Tavernier. Several electronic devices were seized for further forensic analysis. The analysis identified multiple files containing CSAM.
On Sept. 15, 2026, FDLE agents arrested DiMartino and transported him to the Monroe County Jail.
The Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution is prosecuting the case.
The investigation remains active.
