FDLE, USMS Task Force Arrest Quincy Man for Attempted Human Trafficking

QUINCY, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) North Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, arrested Craig Kristian Pringle, 19, of Gadsden County, on one count each of attempted human trafficking for commercial sexual activity, use of a computer to solicit a minor and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. This arrest is the result of Operation Cupid’s Cleanup.

 

During the investigation, an individual, later identified as Pringle, attempted to solicit nude images from an investigator portraying a minor.

 

On April 8, FDLE agents, along with the USMS Fugitive Task Force, arrested Pringle at his Quincy residence and transported him to the Leon County Jail.

 

Operation Cupid’s Cleanup is a four-day operation, which included FDLE agents, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, Tallahassee Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations, aimed at disrupting human trafficking activities in the Tallahassee area.

 

The State Attorney’s Office of the Second Judicial Circuit is prosecuting the case.

 

The investigation remains active.
