FDLE, DEA, NCIS arrest 3 for felony drug trafficking charges

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), along with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), arrested Sean Torres, 18, Ladaryl Hull, 22, and Riley Durbin, 23, for drug trafficking-related charges.

 

The narcotics investigation began in November 2024 when NCIS partnered with FDLE Pensacola and DEA, identifying a narcotics distributor in the Pensacola area. Throughout the investigation, multiple undercover purchases of various narcotics were made. During these undercover operations, Torres, Hull and Durbin were identified as local narcotics distributors.

 

On September 17, FDLE agents, DEA, and NCIS conducted simultaneous search warrants on two residences in Pensacola. During the search operation, agents seized approximately four (4) ounces of methamphetamine, 6.7 ounces of cocaine, fentanyl, 3 pounds of marijuana, 3 ounces of mushrooms, 47 tabs of LSD and a firearm.

 

Sean Torres was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell (second degree felony) possession of fentanyl with intent to sell (second degree felony) and the unlawful use of a two-way communications device (third degree felony). 

 

Ladaryl Hull was charged with trafficking methamphetamine over 28 grams (first degree felony), possession of cocaine with intent to sell (second degree felony), and possession of marijuana with intent to sell (third degree felony). 

 

Riley Durbin was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell (second degree felony), possession of controlled substances with intent to sell (second degree felony), and unlawful use of two-way communications device (third degree felony).

 

Torres, Hull and Durbin were transported to the Escambia County jail without incident. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, First Judicial Circuit.
