Criminal justice leaders graduate from Chief Executive Seminar Class 58

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute announces the graduation of 25 chief executives from the Chief Executive Seminar. The graduates, who represent criminal justice agencies from around the state, serve in leadership roles within their agencies.
 

The Chief Executive Seminar is designed to prepare Florida’s criminal justice leadership for the challenging demands of the future.
 

For three weeks, participants met in Tallahassee to engage in intensive coursework. Seminar topics included future trends, social media, stress management, succession planning, and Trust-Based Leadership to name a few.

Established by the Florida Legislature in 1990, the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute, operates within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and is affiliated with the State University System. The institute was created to offer innovative, multi-disciplinary education and training for criminal justice professionals.
