Civil Asset Forfeiture (CAF) Reporting


Pursuant to Section 932.7061, Florida Statutes, every law enforcement agency is required to submit an annual report, submitted in an electronic form, to the FDLE indicating whether the agency has seized or forfeited property under the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act. A law enforcement agency receiving or expending forfeited property or proceeds from the sale of forfeited property must submit a completed annual report by December 1 documenting the receipts and expenditures.

New Users Instructions:
  • On the login screen, click First Time User.
  • Enter the contact information for the person in your agency who should be contacted regarding the contraband forfeiture report.
  • Select your agency from the dropdown box.
  • Only use letters and numbers when enter the address.
  • A notification will be sent to FDLE once you complete your registration.
  • New user registration requests will be processed with 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).
Returning User Instructions:
  • Enter login information.
  • If unsure of password or it has expired, click Forgot Password.
  • An email will be sent to create a new password.

Annual Reports: Pursuant to Section 932.7061, Florida Statutes, FDLE shall submit an annual report to the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability compiling the information and data in the annual reports submitted by the law enforcement agencies. 
  • Reports due by December 1st each year.
