Gadsden County SO, FDLE arrest 4 in double-murder investigation

QUINCY, Fla. – Gadsden County Sheriff Morris A. Young announces the arrest of four murder suspects in the double homicide of Kenwan Kilgore and Bre’Shawn Malone. The arrests are the result of a joint investigation lead by the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office (GSCO) with assistance from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
 
Tanajee Dickey, 19, was arrested by FDLE on March 11 at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville. He is charged with first-degree murder.
 
Lakevyon Kinder, 19, and Ji’Michael Lawson, 19, were arrested in Tallahassee at separate locations on April 9 by the U.S. Marshals North Florida Violent Fugitive Task Force. Each man is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
 
Khaidyn Foreman, 18, was arrested on April 9 in Havana. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
 
The investigation began on Nov. 29, 2024, when GSCO responded to a double murder crime scene on Post Plant Road in Quincy. Sheriff Young requested forensic and investigative assistance from FDLE.
 
The investigation revealed that the suspects responsible for the murders were Dickey, Kinder, Lawson and Foreman and arrest warrants were issued.
 
The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit.
 
GSCO and FDLE are investigating the case which remains active. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and the U.S. Marshals North Florida Violent Fugitive Task Force assisted.
