FDLE, Virginia State Police seek public’s help for information about child sex abuse suspect

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Virginia State Police Northern Virginia/DC Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force are seeking the public’s help for information about Jason Robert Fragale, 38, of Kissimmee, Fla., and Leesburg, Va. Fragale was arrested by Virginia State Police in January for possession of child sexual abuse material.
 
Fragale is believed to have contacted juveniles through messaging apps, and he may have victims in Florida. Fragale has a residence in Kissimmee and has ties to “The Crimson All-Star Cheerleading Club.” The company is both registered in Florida and Virginia.
