WESTVILLE, Fla. – Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents arrested Johnny O’Neil Locke, 31, of Westville, on six counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

The case began in March 2023 after FDLE Pensacola agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Through the investigative process, Locke was positively identified as the subscriber in the tip.

On Aug. 24, 2023, agents from FDLE’s Panama City Field Office presented Locke a search warrant for his residence. Agents seized an electronic device and forensic examinations found images depicting the sexual abuse of children, some as young as 5 years old.

Locke was booked into the Walton County Jail on Sept. 19. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit.
