FDLE releases statement regarding Commissioner Swearingen’s retirement

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – FDLE appreciates the dedication of Commissioner Swearingen and his 38 years of service to Florida.  We wish him well in his retirement on May 1 and will miss his leadership.
As we continue working in 2022 to prioritize the safety and security of Florida, we are confident in a smooth transition as we welcome new leadership in the near future.
