FDLE arrests Lake City man for child pornography

LAKE CITY, Fla. – Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents today arrested Jarod Dustin Rice, 33, of 200 SE Sundial Place, Apt. 234, Lake City, for 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
 
With assistance from the Columbia County Sheriff's Office, FDLE executed a search warrant at Rice’s residence. Child pornography, some of which featured children as young as seven years old, was found in Rice's apartment. 
 
Rice was booked into the Columbia County Detention Center.  Additional charges are dependent upon completion of forensic exams. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, Third Judicial Circuit.
