FDLE arrests St. Cloud man for transmission of material harmful to a minor

St. Cloud, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Ryan Austin Belknap, Jr., 21, of St. Cloud, on one count of transmission of material harmful to a minor by electronic device (F.S. 847.0138(2)), a third-degree felony.
 
The investigation showed that Belknap engaged in numerous sexually explicit Facebook conversations with the twelve-year-old victim. He also sent photographs of his genitalia to the victim and solicited naked photos from her.
 
Belknap was arrested on Tuesday, December 8, and booked into the Osceola County Jail on $3,500 bond. The Office of the State Attorney, 9th Judicial Circuit, will prosecute this case.
