Chattahoochee PD, FDLE arrest man for murder

GRETNA, FLA. – The Chattahoochee Police Department, working with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, arrested Danian Lamar Brown, 37, of Gretna on charges of second-degree murder in the death of Phyllis Angela Kelley.
Ms. Kelley was found deceased at the Relax Inn in Chattahoochee on October 24, 2019.
Brown was arrested earlier today at the Gretna Police Department and was booked into the Gadsden County Jail without bond. This case is being prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit. 
The Chattahoochee Police Department would like to thank the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Gretna Police Department for assistance on this investigation.
