FDLE arrests Deltona sex offender on 14 counts of child pornography

For Immediate Release June 27, 2018 ORLANDO, Fla. –The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Orlando Cybercrime unit arrested today David Maurice Nye, 52, of 1068 Eagles Nest Avenue, Deltona, on 14 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of promotion of child pornography.

Nye is a registered sex offender based on a 1996 lewd and lascivious conviction in Seminole County. Task Force Agents from Homeland Security Investigations and the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the case.
