FDLE arrests corrections officer for child pornography

 
ORLANDO, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement today arrested Tony Daniel Holowaty, 40, on 10 counts of child pornography possession.

Holowaty is a certified corrections officer for the Florida Department of Corrections.

Agents received a tip that Holowaty was downloading suspected child pornography. A search warrant was obtained and executed at Holowaty’s home. During an on-scene digital examination, agents found evidence of child pornography and seized digital devices for further forensic analysis.

Holowaty was booked into the Orange County Jail on a no-bond status. The State Attorney’s Office, 9th Judicial Circuit, is prosecuting the case.
