FDLE arrests Brandon man on dozens of child pornography charges

 
BRANDON, Fla. ­­­­­­– Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement yesterday arrested James Manuel Knight, 52, of 2203 Elizabeth Drive, Brandon, Florida, on 15 counts of possession of child pornography, and 32 counts of transmission of child pornography.
 
FDLE agents served a search warrant at Knight’s residence yesterday and arrested him without incident. The investigation revealed that Knight was using email accounts, a cloud storage account and a Russian website to trade child pornography files in addition to uploading images of child pornography, some depicting children as young as 7 years old.
 
Knight was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail and is being held on a $470,000.00 bond. This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 13th Judicial Circuit.
