FDLE arrests Vero Beach man for child pornography

VERO BEACH, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement today arrested Damon Oscar Bailey, 25, of 1455 90th Ave., Lot 2, Vero Beach, Florida, on four counts of possession sexual performance by a child.

FDLE agents from the Fort Pierce Field Office served a warrant today at Bailey’s residence and located a computer being used to download child pornography.  An initial computer forensic review revealed four files of child pornography.

Bailey was booked into the Indian River County Jail without bond. This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit.
