FDLE arrests Tallahassee man for child pornography

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement this morning arrested Shawn Patrick Fair, 48, of 1988 Portland Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida on 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
 
FDLE agents and Leon County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a search warrant at Fair’s residence today after agents determined a computer at the home was downloading files containing child pornography.
 
Fair was booked into the Leon County Jail. This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit.
