FDLE arrests Chipley man for child pornography

 
CHIPLEY, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement today arrested Mason Scott Biddle, 20, of 3965 Stillwater Dr., Chipley, Fla.,  for 20 counts of  possession of child pornography and one count of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams.
 
The investigation began in July 2015 when an image of child pornography was uploaded from Biddle’s residence.
 
FDLE agents, along with detectives from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant in August. During the search, several items of digital evidence were recovered for forensic examination.
 
Biddle was arrested earlier today at his residence and was transported to the Washington County Jail. Biddle is being held without bond. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 14th Judicial Circuit.
