Bonifay man arrested for possession of child pornography

 
BONIFAY, Fla. – Florida Department of Law Enforcement Pensacola Regional Operations Center Special Agents yesterday arrested Roland Theriot, Jr., 60, of 909 N. Tracy St., Bonifay, Fla. on 22 counts of possession of child pornography.
 
Agents began investigating Theriot after receiving a tip that an electronic device at his residence was downloading child pornography.  FDLE Agents, with assistance from Immigration and Customs Enforcement – Homeland Security Investigations and the Bonifay Police Department, served a search warrant at Theriot’s residence yesterday and located multiple images and videos of child pornography on a computer owned by Theriot. 
 
Theriot was booked into the Holmes County Jail with no bond.  This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 14th Judicial Circuit.
