FDLE arrests Keystone Heights man for child molestation

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Jacksonville Regional Operations Center yesterday arrested Francis “Frank” Miller, Jr., 52, of 7829 SR 100, Lot 35, Keystone Heights, Fla. on one count of lewd or lascivious molestation and one count of  possession of child pornography.  The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI assisted in the investigation.
 
FDLE Agents began investigating Miller after discovering a computer at his residence sharing child pornography online.  During the investigation, Agents discovered Miller also allegedly molested a male child under the age of 12.  Agents believe there could be additional victims.

Miller was booked into the Clay County Jail with bond set at $350,006.  This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 4th Judicial Circuit. This case is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
