Port St. Lucie man arrested for child pornography

 
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Florida Department of Law Enforcement Orlando Regional Operations Center Cyber High-Tech Crime Task Force agents today arrested James Clayton Carter, 24, of 2771 SW Palace Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Fla., on 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
 
FDLE began investigating Carter after determining that a computer located at his residence was offering to share files containing child pornography on the internet. Agents located multiple child pornography videos and seized a personal laptop for further forensic analysis.
 
Carter was booked into the St Lucie County Jail without bond. The investigation will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit.
