Branford man arrested for child pornography

BRANFORD, Fla.  - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Unit, with assistance from the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Jose Socoy, 27, of Branford, Fla., for 10 counts of possession of child pornography.  
 
A search warrant at Socoy’s home located at 1343 NE Mandarin Road, Branford, Fla., revealed numerous video files of child pornography.   
 
Socoy was booked into the Lafayette County Jail and will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 3rd Judicial Circuit.
