Panama City man arrested for child pornography

PANAMA CITY - Agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Unit, with the assistance of the FDLE Panama City Field Office, arrested William Matthews, 60, of Panama City, Fla., for 20 counts of possession of child pornography.  

 
A search warrant at Matthews’s home, located at 216 East Baldwin Road, Apt. A, Panama City, Fla., revealed numerous child pornography videos and images on his computer. 
 
Matthews was arrested without incident and booked into the Bay County Jail.  He is being held without bond.

The investigation will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 14th Judicial Circuit.
