NARRATIVE: A Florida Purple Alert has been issued for Luis Rodriguez, last seen in the area of the 3000 block of Ybor Street in Tampa, Florida who was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with red and black letters on the front, black basketball shorts, and black shoes. Luis has tattoos in black lettering on both arms including a black tattoo that says "Tampa" on the outside of his arm (as seen in additional image).
